A tailored, in-depth support option which includes a bespoke Sleep Suggestions document and two follow-up emails after the initial consult for families wanting the option to check-in during the process of making changes. You’ll complete an in-depth questionnaire and 5-day sleep diary, which will be thoroughly analysed ahead of our 60-minute consultation. During the call, we’ll review your responses in detail, explore how your sleep situation feels, and discuss gentle, practical changes aligned with your goals. After the session, you’ll receive your personalised Sleep Summary and Suggestions document within 72 hours, summarising our discussion and offering tailored strategies to optimise sleep.

A tailored, in-depth consultation for families looking for ongoing support following our call. To begin, you’ll complete a detailed questionnaire and 7-day sleep diary, which will be analysed ahead of our call. During the 90-minute session, we’ll explore your sleep situation, discuss how to implement changes in line with your goals, and I'll provide clear, actionable strategies. You’ll receive your personalised Sleep Summary and Suggestions document within 72 hours, plus an optional sleep diary template if needed to continue to monitor sleep. This option also includes two 30-minute follow-up calls and three follow-up emails within three weeks to check in, ask questions, or troubleshoot further.

If you’re expecting a little one, or have had a baby very recently, you may be wondering what sleep will look and feel like, how to cope with frequent waking, or what’s considered normal. Let me take away the guesswork. In our session, I’ll guide you through sleep in the first six months and beyond, leaving you with a toolkit full of strategies to help maximise rest moving forward. The workshop is delivered via Zoom, or, if local, it can be arranged in the comfort of your own home. It lasts approximately 80 minutes, with a break midway.
