Perfect for parents looking to check whether their little one's sleep sounds normal, how it can be optimised or who want to talk about how to begin making some changes to sleep such as moving away from rocking to sleep or transitioning baby or toddler to their own sleep space.

A detailed and bespoke email only support option for families who'd like a clear and in-depth insight into their sleep situation but would rather not have the consult

You will be sent a fully comprehensive questionnaire, including a 5 day sleep diary to complete

The questionnaire and sleep diary information will be analysed holistically and you'll be sent detailed suggestions as to what could be going on for your little one and how best to optimise their sleep in a thorough, easy-to-naviagate document

​(The date of of your booking is the date when the sleep questionnaire will be emailed to you initially. You will then complete it, return it to me within 7 days and my analysis and suggestions will be sent across within 4 days of me receiving it)

You'll be sent an in-depth questionnaire with a 5-day sleep diary to complete which will be analysed comprehensively in advance of our 60 minute thorough consultation

During the call we will cover all aspects of your questionnaire, discussing how your situation feels, and how to make some gentle changes in line with your identified goals.

Following the consult a detailed and bespoke 'Sleep Summary and Suggestions' document will be emailed to you (within 72 hours of the consult) with a summary of our discussions and personalised suggestions as to how best to optimise sleep moving forwards

This support also includes two follow up emails for you to use within 2 weeks of your Sleep Summary being sent, so you can check in/ask some further questions or simply let me know how you are getting on

If recommended, I will also provide an ongoing sleep diary template for you to complete as you go, to support follow up calls

This level of support includes two 30 minute follow up calls and three follow up emails for you to use within 3 weeks of receiving your Sleep Summary to check in/ask further questions/further troubleshoot
